We all have highs and lows today was defiantly a low. I am a firm believer that foreshadowing happens all day every day. Today for example everyone at work seemed to be sick and irritable. When I get home to the inevitable fight I try to approach it with a level head and ask for nothing more but a calm tone and a logical thought process. But when someone is in the heat of the moment that is hard to comprehend. Afterwards a little upset I went over and watch the buds play a little poker (I was to late to join in). It was good to see them, and even better to laugh with them. The best thing is knowing that they are there for me. Remember if life is worth living its worth recording.
