Goin Down the Hard Road Mar 25 2010

Sundays are the best. It was nice to wake up nice and late then do nothing. Sat and relaxed then figured man I am being way to last come on kevan just get off of school. So kev calls says he did not want to ride which kind of sucked but I understand it was rainy and gross. So I went for my first run in a long time. Man did it suck. I had a high average speed but I paid for it in my cool down. Anyways I am off to bed get some rest for a beautiful 11:30 till 8 shift. The only nice thing is that I can wake up at the same time and get my workout out of the way. Night.
